We are excited to announce that due to the popularity of our classes we have now launched a new afternoon Saturday School session for children aged 7 - 18 to run alongside our regular morning session

Characters have been working hard to grow back to where we were before the pandemic. We are so pleased that we have achieved this and more! Many children struggled during that time and our tutors have worked hard to rebuild their confidence & allay their anxieties. It is heart warming for us to know that our students have a place to come to express themselves, have fun and forget about their troubles.

She only smiles like that at Characters!

At Characters we believe that every child has unique talents and we are here to bring them out. We provide creative, stimulating classes in Bath and Bradford on Avon, in a fun environment led by teachers and directors who are also professionals in the Industry. At Characters, children and young people from Age 4 to 18 can Act, Sing, Dance. and let their imaginations soar. Whether it’s learning to tell stories and gain confidence in our Little Characters groups, put on full scale musicals in our Stage Schools, or devise a play of their own in our Stage Company, Characters will work with your child to provide a performance arts training that is right for them. We also provide Holiday Clubs, specialist workshops and the chance to take LAMDA Acting Exams and gain UCAS points.

Thank you for stimulating and directing my child’s creativity… the children looked so relaxed and enthusiastic about performing.
